Activities - Litter Collection

Parks Victoria have a 'carry in-carry out' policy.  Signage asks visitors to take their rubbish home.

Unfortunately there are still many careless people who drop litter or allow it the blow away in the wind.  Others stupidly toss fast-food wrappers out of their car windows.  Still others criminally dump building or garden rubble in the park.

So the careless, the stupid and the criminals are providing plenty of work for the Friends or Karkarook Park.  
There are a few wonderful people who walk in the park and collect litter as they go.
